Assists the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing reports and preparing orders
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional services to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information, sales activities and performance metrics
Organize sales meetings, training sessions, client events and ensuring all logistics are handled effectively
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to support sales efforts
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Communication,Business or any related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of sales principles and strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
