Automation Engineer
Responsibilities
- Assists in PLC programming for automated machinery operations
- Assists in HMI/UI design & programming
- Develops electrical schematics and 3D wiring diagrams for machinery with safety considerations
- Components survey & selection
- Electrical panel assembly
- Get exposure in machines mechanical system
- Get exposure in SCADA/AI System
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or any related field
- Technical skills -Familiar with ladder diagram/programming languages (Mitsubishi GX Works, Siemens TIA Portal)
- Familiar with schematic tools (AutoCAD Electrical, Solidworks Electrical, FluidSIM etc.)
- Basic understanding in using tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to approach problem methodically and propose effective solutions
- Experience with basic scripting or coding projects, either through coursework or personal projects
- Familiarity with hardware and software integration, especially in a test or automation context
- Any relevant certifications in automation testing or related technologies can be a plus
- Programming Python/Visual Studio Code
